I'm in a really good mood because, of course, it's Saturday; one of my favourite days of the week. You can get up early or late, lay in bed and smile at the ceiling. It's also when you get to stay in your pajamas all day, eat cereal for lunch and read a good book.
What do I do on a Saturday? Well, since I work a regular 9-5 job Monday to Friday, I take my time on a Saturday morning unless, I feel like getting in an early work out at the gym. I'll talk about that in a moment. I like to watch sunlight creep in through my bedroom windows. Yes, I'm guilty of grabbing my phone and checking messages, emails and social media. It just seems that once I'm awake, I'm doing something. Once I've decided my quiet moment has been sufficiently spent, I get up to join the real world. I get breaksfast, clean up if, I didn't the night before and do laundry before turning to my lappy (laptop), to do some work on my blog.
I like to check in on my regular haunts like, Bossedup.org, LeanIn.org and Youtube. Judging by the sites, you must know I'm all about empowerment of women. I may turn to pen and paper to smash out a review or a speech. I am a Toastamster, I do speeches.
Aside from my blog, stay busy in the gym. I'm totally into health and fitness. Currently, I can bicep curl 40lbs and leg press 220 lbs. No, I don't look like a body builder. Acutally, I'm 4'10.5" and 117 lbs. I just believe a strong mind and strong body contributes to a strong person.
